Mirko's apartment was very unique and trendy. It had great outdoor entertaining areas with a view of the skyline. The only issues we had was that it was very hard to find our way there and parking was limited, with a short walk to the apartment with luggage. It would be a great improvement if air con was installed in the bedrooms as it is very hot in summer. Otherwise, a great place for people looking for the authentic experience in Italy, away from the hustle and bustle of tourists.

Mirko´s flat is really fantastic! Such a lovely place with so much character, so full of lovely details, with a lovely host. Mirko was very helpful and always replied quickly. The house had everything as advertised and more: The veranda was just awesome... to play around with our kids, to enjoy the selfmade food, to relax on the sofa or to take an open-air shower. Matino is a very nice, peaceful village away from the tourists and a good position to explore the region of Salento and different beaches. We really enjoyed our time there and felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!!! - Thank you, Mirko, for staying at your wonderful house!

The apartment of marion is simply a work of art! In a small peaceful village away from the tourists and has proximity to the most beautiful beaches. The apartment is typical with a beautiful terrace. We were with 3 children. I recommend Gallipoli and Otranto. Do not waste time in santa Maria di leuca. Town without interest unless you like tourist places and bad restaurants. Thank you mirko for that good Time.

This is a unique spot with tons of character, a great terrace with outdoor shower, and separate rooftop for evening drinks when the sun goes down. Mirko is quick to reply and check in was smooth. Would stay again!

Mirko's apartment is by far one of the most stylish places we have ever stayed in! His eye for design and detail is evident throughout the whole house it's just amazing! We loved all areas of the house...inside as well as both outdoor terraces....great places to drink as the sun goes down as well as dine in the morning and evenings. Parking was free and close by. Matino itself has little to offer, but the towns either side have everything you need an it's close to all of the beaches on either side of Gallipoli. Definitely recommend doing a day trip exploring the coastline south of Otranto, we were blown away! Great to come home to Mirko's after long day trips at the beach! Absolutely recommend! :-)

Mirko's house matches with the description, and it is more beautiful than the photos shown. We had a wonderful experience in this lovely house. It is like being at home in a quiet and typical village of the south of Puglia, close to the touristic spots of Salento region. The home design of Mirko's house is very tasteful and nice - how lovely! - and the terraces are terrific. Highly recommandable.

The apartment was cool, with great design and attention to details as if it was made by someone living there. We particularly enjoyed both terraces, as the lower one is perfect for lounging during the day and the panoramic one provides fantastic views over the town down to Gallipoli. The town is in a good position to explore the region and the beaches around Gallipoli. The host was very attentive and provided assistance and spot on information on places to visit, restaurants, etc.
