This beautiful villa sits on top of the gentle slopes of a quiet valley in the Marche countryside, not far from Urbino and Pesaro. It is the ideal spot for a vacation in full nature, exploring Italy's wonders from Middle Age and Renaissance towns.
Well positioned on the top of a hill in a eleven-acre property, overlooking the gentle slopes of the Montefeltro county, only a few miles from Urbino and next to the ancient village of Montefelcino, lies this magnificent three-story, four bedroom cosily renovated countryside house.
The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a study, a dining room with a fireplace, a huge living room with a majestic fireplace and an access to a wide portico, a storage room, a bathroom and a laundry.
The first floor is accessed by an internal staircase and houses a master bedroom with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom.
The huge attic houses a children playroom ad a “Snow White” space with eight beds for the kids, and a bathroom.
The house is in mint condition: the entire building was thoroughly restored and renovated on both the interior and the exterior finishes, floors, roof, equipment and fixtures. The restoration was enriched by collecting from around Italy antique tiles, fixtures, accessories, furniture, kitchenware, tableware, linen, with attention to minute details and a taste of elegance that is hardly replicable.
Next to the main building lies a warehouse with a cellar, a wood oven and a conservatory.
The property includes, on the top of the hill, a park with scores of fruit trees and old olive trees. On two other sides a grain-cultivated field and magnificent centenary oaks frame a beautiful view on the surrounding valley, while on the remaining side a line of bushes provides incredible privacy to the housemasters.
The whole house is at your disposal.

Other things to note
You are at a few miles or km from ancient Middle Age towns, Renaissance cities at the heart of Italy.
Treat the house as yours... It's a jewel and it requires your attention and respect. Yet, it provides all the comforts, and is extremely clean. Remember that you are in the real Italian countryside and in open nature: that in the end is the best part of it.
