Cerritos Landing Condos have everything you need for a surfers paradise! Walking distance to Cerritos Surf beach (10 minute walk/ 5 minute drive), above a supermarket, pizza restaurant & gourmet coffee spot! The Condo is equipped with kitchenette, refrigerator, living room, dining area, TV, Vanity/Workspace, large full bathroom as well as an outdoor shower for your use downstairs! We are not a 5 star hotel, we offer the locals experience at the locals price and at the only swimmable beach !⛱

At Cerritos Landing, we offer you the locals experience at the locals price so you may enjoy what Mexico really has to offer! The condos are on the second floor, windows let the natural sunlight shine in surrounded by cactus and bougainvilleas, hawks and of course the Pacific. Walk to nearby restaurants and cafes, laying on the beach (yes, you can swim!), tacos and they beautiful Mexican sky! Want 5 star service? Don't come here :)

Cerritos beach, located about half way between Cabo San Lucas and Todo Santos, this beach is a great place to swim and surf and just get away from the city for a quiet beach day. There are restaurants, bars, restrooms, private beach club, condos and bungalows. Shallow beach is ideal for younger children to swim in the water. Great surf place to learn without the pressure of the pros!
