The space
Located in a superior location just 7 minutes from both Hastings St and Noosa Junction, Belle Vue also provides you with the peace and quiet of the resort style pool (shared between just three units) and secure underground parking with lift access. With modern facilities including air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi, this generous apartment is perfectly suited for families, a romantic getaway or a couples’ escape.

This spacious 3 bedroom/2.5-bathroom apartment is spread across two levels. The upper level offers an open plan living area with an entertainer's kitchen that flows seamlessly to a large private balcony complete with outdoor dining, sun lounge, sofa and BBQ – perfect for taking in the views and soaking up the sunshine.

The modern kitchen features modern appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and Asco dishwasher for your use.

This level also features guest bedroom two which includes a private courtyard, Queen bed and ensuite featuring a separate bath and shower. This bedroom also features a desk, if you need to work whilst away.
An additional bedroom on this level, guest bedroom three can be set up as a king or twin bed configuration based on your needs. With a powder room and ample storage, you will have all the facilities to feel at home.
