Live like a local in our vintage boho style home, wonderfully located between Shelby Bottoms Park and the amazing locally owned restaurants, cafes, and shops on Eastland Ave! This two bedroom, one and half bath, has recently undergone a major flip, with new hardwood flooring, brand new kitchen, and a fresh coat of paint from floor to ceiling :) A short 11 minute drive to downtown (includes Music City Center, Bridgestone Arenas, Broadway St) [STR PERMIT 2017006245]

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with lots of vintage vibes and bohemian chic goodness. Queen size bed in each bedroom and a queen air mattress for any extra guests (max 6 people allowed). AT&T cable and high speed internet (WiFi). Plenty of parking in our private driveway - you can park up to 5 vehicles.

The neighborhood is awesome for those wanting to be close to local popular restaurants and cafes. It is walking distance from Eastland Ave where you can find Rosepepper, Jeni's Ice Cream, Wild Cow, Five Daughter Bakery, Graze, Portland Coffee, Ugly Mug, and much more. There are many people walking around, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There is a large park close by called Shelby Bottoms. Bring your work out gear if you want to jog around the neighborhood with other neighbors ;)

OVERVIEW:
Downstairs:
- Living room with TV
- Fully stocked kitchen
- Half bathroom
- Laundry machines
- Patio

Upstairs:
- Full bathroom
- Two bedrooms with queen size beds
- Queen air mattress

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
There is a train that passes in the back of the house. It's not as loud if you are inside the house, but can hear it if you are sitting outside in the backyard.
Please no loud noises after 10pm - neighbors next door will call me if it gets too loud.

Want to check in early?
Here are two options I offer:
1. The most popular option is to reserve the night before so that you can check in as early as you like the day of your arrival. This way you don't have to run around town with your luggage until check in time!
2. The cleaning company that I use charges me a $50 expedite fee to get the house ready by 1:30 PM.
Let me know what you decide so that we can alter your reservation!

Smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.

I'm Jessica from TrueAvenue. They call me the Red Raven! I am a true Southern girl, originally from Elvis's hometown of Tupelo, Mississippi and now living in Music City, Nashville! I absolutely love it here in Nashville. There is so much to do, and so many people from all walks of life. I take great pleasure in creating a space that is homey so that my guests can focus on having a good time and experience everything that Nashville has to offer. Fun fact about me: I think Miranda Lambert & I could be best friends!
