Charming house in the middle of the côte des blancs vineyards, very close to Epernay and the famous Champagne house like Moet & Chandon, Perrier Jouët, Vranken...
The place is really quiet and relaxing, ideal for a familly to enjoy the nice garden, the BBQ, the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi.

Note: the swimming pool is heated only from April till mid November.
this you can still use it but it can be a bit cold :D (15 C° during the winter)
