Moin Wir leben und arbeiten in Familie. Den historischen Gasthof in Ellerbek betreiben wir seit 2002. Unser Heinsens. Hier leben wir auch mit unseren zwei Boxern. Mats und Caroline sind meine Kinder und 30 Jahre alt. Beide können ausgezeichnet kochen. Von Donnerstag bis Montag gibt es bei uns richtig gutes, frisches und nachhaltiges Essen und Trinken.
