Welcome to the Suhardiere farm, it is in a bucolic setting that you will discover this old farmhouse of character built in 1714. Residence passed down for several generations in a beautiful valley 20 min from Bayeux and 30 min from Caen, ideal place to receive groups of friends or large families. It is in this peaceful and green setting that houses a magnificent pond and a small wood conducive to walks. A real breath of simple and refreshing Norman air.

Welcome to our warm home, a charming farm built in 1714 and rooted in our family history for generations. Located in Livry, between Bayeux and Caen, this authentic home is the promise of a relaxing stay in the heart of Normandy.

Ideally located just 2 minutes from local amenities and 3 minutes from a supermarket.
Just 20 minutes from Bayeux and its famous Tapestry, 30 minutes from Caen and the historic landing beaches, and not far from Mont St Michel, 45 minutes away, our house is a perfect base from which to explore the historical and natural treasures of the region.

The house has 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 of which have an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.

You will also appreciate on the ground floor its cozy living room and dining room with fireplace and equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and adjoining utensils and also a game room with billiards and air hockey table for friendly moments with family or friends, and finally nearby a large bedroom for 2 people with bathroom and toilet.

1 st floor

3 bedrooms, one with double bed, dressing room, small table and chairs and its bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet and a bedroom nearby for 2 people without bathroom but which is perfect for children. The other is equipped with a double bed with a dressing room and a bathroom and toilet. And finally the last one with a double bed without a bathroom. All the rooms have views of the pond and the valley.

Here you will enjoy the peaceful singing of birds, and it is not uncommon to see rabbits walking in the courtyard in the early morning.
You will also meet our two very friendly sheep.
