House rules

This place isn’t suitable for children under 12 and the host doesn’t allow pets, parties, or smoking.

House in quiet location, 10 mins. walk from town centre, ferry, bus, and train terminals, I also live in the house and have a single room also listed for guests. Shower/ toilet is immaculate and modern, this is shared with myself and one other guest. Tea/ coffee making facilities, fresh fruit, biscuits and bottled water are supplied.

Property is on bus route to town centre, regular service every 20 mins. Taxis also available, or 15 minutes walk, does involve a steep hill.
