A beautiful new studio apartment awaits you. Accommodation comprises own door from the main house lobby leading to the one-roomed studio with double bed, sofa, table, chairs & tv. The apartment is a small, well equipped space, 13.3m2 with kitchen and showerroom off, ideally located a few minutes walk from Kirkwall town centre and Orkney College with sea views across Kirkwall Bay. Late (even midnight) or any time arrival is fine, just let yourself in.
Rigorous cleaning always done.

The space
Guests have access to their own self contained and newly appointed self catering studio apartment with a small kitchen and en suite shower room. There is a tv, wi-fi and home assistant to provide access to radio and music as desired. Guests are welcome to use the garden and the decking overlooking the sea, as well as a private seating area to the front of the Studio. There are no neighbouring properties.
Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for pets or children.

The apartment is in a peaceful location right on the sea with stunning views across Kirkwall Bay, whilst only a short walk of less than 10 minutes to the centre of town or to Orkney College. Kirkwall has a vibrant shopping and cafe culture, historic sites of interest, a theatre, a superb leisure centre with cinema and a beautiful beach at Scapa.
