Indoor fireplaceThis is one of few homes in this area that has this feature.

Beautiful city cottage in a charming, quiet neighbourhood with easy access to the entire city. Many of the main cultural attractions are only a short walk including museums, the Phoenix park and the Guinness Storehouse. The area has great cafes and restaurants and is far enough from the noisy, touristy Temple Bar area to be authentic, quiet and relaxing. Easy tram and bus access to other parts of the city, including direct tram to 3Arena. Please send message with any questions!

Stephen and Wellington were very responsive hosts Our ferry was 4 hours late so we didn't arrive until midnight. Wellington met us with a smile and good grace and gave us a very good tour of the house. The house is pretty much as the photos and descriptions indicate. The cottage …

Wellington and Stephen are lovely hosts and the cottage is bright, clean, warm and nicely furnished with good wi-fi. It's in a great location with free car parking at your front door. The bed, however, is smaller than a normal double, the mattress measures approx 120cm - really…

Thanks for your comments and feedback Monique, glad you enjoyed your stay and especially the location beside the park and near to the city centre. . The bed downstairs is a "standard" double suitable two people. It may be that you are used to a Queen or King size bed which are indeed bigger. A single bed is significantly smaller than a standard double. Thanks for your nice suggestions on the sliding door and drawers, I'll check those out.! Best wishes, Stephen

We were made to feel most welcome - greeted on arrival and showed all the ins and outs of the house. And received an email during the week to make sure we were ok and to ask if we needed anything (which we didn't). We enjoyed staying here - it is a lovely private comfortable self…
