Huset i Lyngholvegen 41 er et koselig, eldre, lite hus, som ligger i landlige og rolige omgivelser. Her er det fin utsikt mot Ellingsøyfjorden og Sunnmørsalpene. Huset har egen terasse og hage.
Det tar ca. 20 min. å kjøre med bil til Ålesund by, og ca. 30 min. til Moa, som har Norges største kjøpesenter. Det tar ca. 20 min. med bil til Vigra flyplass. Det går fint å ta dagsturer til kjente turistdestinasjoner som Trollstigen, Geiranger, Sunnmørsalpene, Atlanterhavsparken m.m.
