The space
Step into a French beach vibe with a spacious living area, relaxing neutral palette and comfortable furnishings.

An open, well-appointed modern kitchen has all the mod cons including blender and air fryer.

Enjoy stunning river and beach views from the inviting and spacious dining area.

The main bedroom has a queen bed with new mattress, TV with Apple TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Our 2nd bedroom offers a configuration option of either 2 x King singles or 1 x King bed.

A pull up sofa bed lounge offers a further sleeping option for 2.

Full bathroom offers walk in-shower and full size bathtub.

Unwind on the north-east facing balcony with its stunning beach views - perfect for catching beautiful Gold Coast sunrises and the refreshing afternoon sea breeze.

Convenient internal laundry with washer and dryer is also home to beach towels, umbrella and a few sand toys.

The nearby beachside boardwalk invites you to explore Surfers on foot or jump on a readily available e-bike. Head north to discover Cavill Avenue, Main Beach, and Broadwater Parklands, or venture south to Broadbeach, home to an array of bars, eateries, The Star Casino, and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Our outdoor pool, tennis court, and entertainment areas have just completed full renovations and are open for guest enjoyment as well as the the indoor pool, spa, and gym.

You have the run of the entire apartment and share amenities such as the outdoor pool, tennis court and BBQ recreation area as well as our indoor pool, spa, sauna and gym room.

Other things to note
The Gold Coast is a thriving, fast-growing city, and with that comes some ongoing construction and precinct upgrades around Surfers Paradise.

This may occasionally result in daytime noise or small changes to local roads and footpaths, as the area continues to evolve into an even more vibrant beachside precinct.

I'm a Tiny House enthusiast and I live in my tiny house near Tamborine Mountain when I'm not in the Surfers Paradise unit. I love sharing the beauty of the beach with my guests and creating a wonderful experience for visitors. I AirBnB'd tiny house (and houses seasonally), with a manager (Marie) near Coffs Harbour and I loved it. I have 11 grandkids and a big family but at 61, I'm in my travel phase, hence sharing this beautiful unit.
