Whether on holiday or a business trip, 69 Kirklands Rd is the ideal central location. Recently modernised this cosy one bedroom (double) semi detached house is situated in one of Kirkwall's residential areas. The garden is enclosed, there is parking near the gate. The house is on one level with steps and handrail to front door and steps at rear of house. Kirkwall Airport is an 8 minute drive away and the town centre a 15 minute walk.
We operate 4 nights minimum booking.

The space
Well equipped for a comfortable stay, we are sure you will have everything you need. WiFi , smart TV, easily controlled air source heating. Kitchen/living area patio doors open out to rear garden . The kitchen has electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer.
Laundry facilities include washing machine detergents , iron and ironing board.
The shower room with toilet, wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver/toothbrush charging point, towels and essential toiletries are provided.
The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets. A blackout blind will ensure a good nights sleep. Bed linen is provided.
A welcome hamper with tea, coffee etc and a taste of local produce awaits your arrival.
