Rosalie Loft Apartment is accessed via Rosalie Guest House. Located perfectly for the town centre, public transport links and restaurants, only 5 minutes walk from the Penzance Promenade where you have a fabulous panoramic view of Mount's Bay. Built in 2017, this modern attractive one bedroom apartment is self contained and fully functional for self catering short or long stay vacations/ business trips.
Penzance being a fantastic base to explore the stunning landscape of West Cornwall.

The space
Rosalie Loft Apartment is a very bright, comfortable spacious unit providing one double bedroom, separate shower room/toilet, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room with distant sea views and flat screen smart tv including Netflix access and free WiFi . Located on the second floor of a large Victorian House, guests do need to be fit and agile to climb two flights of stairs.

Other things to note
Guests have access to Rosalie House via a keypad. A code will be provided on your day of arrival - it is more convenient to text this to guests, so please contact via my mobile number which is 077 9125 9026
