Spacious and comfortable with ocean and district views. Funky split level apartment with east facing balcony. Located in the heart of Manly between the beach and ferry wharf. Close to supermarkets and all amenities, including Harbour ferries and buses. Communal rooftop area has large entertainment space with great views, 4 laundries and free BBQ area and plunge pool (subject to Covid19 restrictions at the time). Two lifts to all levels and free security parking on site. No Air-conditioning.

The space
The apartment will accomodate 4 people using the sofa bed for extra guests. There is no cot for young children, you will need to bring your own. It is set over two split levels, with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the living room, kitchen and sunny balcony with view downstairs. You can cook yourself a meal or go to any number of world class cafe’s and restaurants all within a 500 metre radius. The aspect is East to West. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny balcony overlooking the ocean. Very central location, walk out your door to enjoy weekend street markets, a short trip to the supermarket or pub or explore the surrounding bays and beaches. It is a full security building and there is free security parking for one car, height is 1.95 metres. Council carpark is also located in the building for extra cars or for guests. First two hours are free.

ALL OUR APARTMENTS ARE CLEANED BY A REGULAR TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL CLEANERS WHO THOROUGHLY CLEAN, SANITISE AND DISINFECT ALL AREAS OF THE APARTMENT. THE LINEN IS SUPPLIED BY A PROFESSIONAL LAUNDRY SERVICE WHO ALSO SANITISE AND DISINFECT. IT IS FRESHLY CHANGED AND SUPPLIED FOR EACH NEW ARRIVING GUEST.

Close to everything. Manly beach is a two minute walk, beautiful Shelly Beach makes for a lovely stroll and on arriving you can dine at the Boat House or cafe’s along the way. A short walk through the Corso will take you to Manly Wharf. From there you can take the classic Ferry (30 minutes) or the Fast Ferry (15 minutes) into Sydney City at Circular Quay. From there you can also Ferry to other parts such as the wonderful Taronga Park Zoo. Fast Ferries also go to other Sydney Bay tourist areas but are seasonal.
