This luxurious 2 Bedroom apartment has all the modern features you need so you can sit back and enjoy your coastal holiday.

Situated at the end of the Main Street (2/69 First Avenue Sawtell), 100m from the stunning Sawtell beach and only steps away from the exceptional coffee shops and restaurants that Sawtell is renowned for.

The space
The main bedroom consists of a plush Queen size bed and access to the private balcony. Bedroom 2 boasts 2 single beds, plus a pull out trundle bed to accomodate the family of 5. Televisions are located in both bedrooms.

Features include WiFi, Netflix, Chromecast, fully ducted air conditioning, video intercom from apartment to main entry, Internal washing machine (+ detergent) and clothes dryer. The modern kitchen has Bosch appliances, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (+ 5 pods) as well as tea, coffee and sugar provided. There is a private outdoor balcony connected to the main living area with an electric blind to provide additional privacy.Everything has been thought of, so all you have to do is relax.

Once inside you have access to the lift to take you straight to your apartment level, making unpacking a breeze. Access to main street is via a private walk way.
