Дом в Финляндии 93 кв.м. для постоянного проживания расположен в 12 км. от центра г. Коувола на берегу большого озера Лаппаланярви ( береговая линия в собственности с причалом и лодкой). Дом расположен в лесном массиве на территории более 50 соток, соседей нет, очень тихо. Ремонт сделан на 75% в 2018 г. В окрестностях много черники, брусники, малины, грибов, цветов, лечебных трав.
