The living room gives onto a balcony that overlooks the city skyline. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony if you wish.
The smaller of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a door that gives onto the balcony. You can sit in bed drinking Fair Trade coffee and look out across the balcony to see Christchurch and the Spire.

You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities to prepare your own food. Feel free to help yourself to our supplies of couscous, rice and pasta.
In addition to a microwave, a toaster an electric hob and oven, please feel free to use the juicer, blender and steamer if you'd prefer something more healthy.

Interaction with guests
We will be here to welcome you, show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
We'll be happy to advise you on how to make the most of your stay in Dublin.
Other things to note

There are towels and bed-linen supplied and in the bathroom is a supply of toiletries for you to use.
There is a newsagent less than 100 meters away on Ardee Street and a Lidl supermarket about 500 meters away on Cork Street.
There is free parking available for one car in the car-park in the basement. The parking space is adjacent to the lift and the lift is adjacent to the apartment, so transferring luggage and children from your car to the apartment is uncomplicated.
The apartment has a large library of books and a small collection of DVD movies.
There are a couple of large umbrellas for guests to use - this is Ireland after all!
Check-in and check-out times are flexible but must be arranged in advance. We can generally accommodate both very early and very late check-in times. However check-in and check-out are sometimes dependent on other guests arriving/departing on the same day. If this happens, check-out is 11 am and check-in is 2pm.
We would like you to treat our home as if it was your own and also to be respectful of our neighbors. We expect that you leave our home in reasonably tidy condition. There is no need to strip the beds, wash dishes or empty the bins and towels can be left in the bathroom or in the bedrooms.
We request that if you use the oven or hob that you turn the power off at the wall socket when you are finished to ensure that nothing is accidentally left on.
We ask that guests do not wash dishes by hand. If you are a long-stay guest please use the dishwasher. If you are a short-stay guest please leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and we will be happy to attend to them. This is to ensure that you (and future guests) can rest assured that the dishes are clean.
You are very welcome to smoke on the balcony but we ask that you do not smoke in the apartment . There is an ashtray on the balcony - there is no need for guests to empty it, we will do that from time to time. Please do not put cigarette butts into the bins.
There is a reasonably well stocked bar in the kitchen that adds to the ambiance of the apartment. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK FROM THE BAR.
Finally, energy costs in Ireland are very high so we ask that guests please be considerate of this. Please turn off lights and heaters when you aren't using them and please check everything is turned off when you vacate the apartment.
If you have any problems with the apartment during your stay, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to rectify this.
If you break anything, lose anything or use anything that guests wouldn't normally use (for example, the fire extinguisher or first aid kit), please inform us so we rectify the situation before our next guests arrive.
