All of this will be possible to enjoy it on the new rooftop of the complex!

Important: The Rooftop in pictures and Jacuzzi is a shared area with other 9 units in the building. The area is very private, only access for guests and no parties are allowed.

Other things to note
Live music from near bar on the boardwalk (11:00pm-01:30am) can make your nights very attractive and enjoyable, but if you are a very light sleeper this may affect your stay, however, my best recomendation to delight the gems of this amazing place and its surroundings is consider the use of earplugs and the double-double douvent windows that will reduce 70% of exterior noise.

In the main boardwalk "Malecon" you will find different kind of restaurants, bars, shops, galleries and many other things without the need of transportation. You can also visit famous places such as Los Muertos Beach, The Romantic Zone and Rio Cuale which are 10 minutes away (walking distance).
During the day; you can enjoy amazing ocean views and sunsets while you have breakfast/dinner on the balcony, you can relax on a hammock in front of the sea while you read your favorite book, you can also wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee as you contemplate the early ocean views. I kindly invite you to experience this and more during your stay.
During night (Nightlife); Since the place is located on the main boardwalk and nightlife is always present, you can experience different activities and events! Daily Fireworks coming from the “Pirate Ship Marigalante” just in front of your balcony, Holiday and festival parades occurring on the boardwalk, occasional music concerts (holidays and New Year’s Eve) and a live music bar from the building next door. You can either enjoy these activities from your balcony or you can be part of it, but if you´re not in the mood just close your duovent glass windows to reduce 70% of outdoor activities. Close your windows-turn on your TV- and rest!
