The Annex is a self-contained oasis, located in the heart of town on a quiet tree lined street.

The space provides a place to relax and recharge in style whilst enjoying everything Mudgee has to offer with the ease of being literally a few footsteps away from all the main restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and other points of interest.

The space
The Annex is perfect for a couples retreat offering the comfort of reverse cycle air-conditioning, a pillow topped queen bed with feather quilt and pillows and quality 100% cotton linens.

The space contains an en suite shower room and a small but perfectly formed kitchenette with a breakfast bar including everything you need should you wish to stay in and cook:- fridge, microwave, full size oven, toaster, cutlery, cooking equipment and utensils. A selection of teas and coffee and milk in the fridge will be provided.

There is also a television which faces the bed with local free to view channels as well as full Netflix access included so that you can indulge in the latest films for those precious snuggly evenings.

Guests have access to unlimited internet wifi access and there is a selection of books and puzzles to enjoy.

The space contains a double sofa bed and additional bedding can be provided on request for a small charge in order to sleep a maximum of 4 guests.

The Annex is just 800 metres from the centre of town. All the great cafes, bars, restaurants and the weekend markets are just a short walk away as well as the tranquil Lawson Park with it's charming river walk. Mudgee hosts a wide range of sporting and cultural events throughout the year and the markets are held the first 3 weekends of each month offering visitors both culinary and creative delights.
