Ponta Negra is a very touristy, safe and well-known neighborhood of Natal. The apartment is a few meters from the beach, with direct access by stairs. Meters from the Convention Center with several leisure and dining options.
We are always available and the reception is open 24 hours a day.

There is a wonderful viewpoint on site with wonderful views. Beach access is private, passing through a grass garden with coconut trees and the pool.

Towels are changed every 4 days.
As in any condominium, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect this!
FOR RESERVATIONS OF MORE THAN 7 DAYS, A PROPORTIONAL VALUE WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL PERIOD ON THE ENERGY BILL. THE MEASUREMENT WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY RECORDING DIRECTLY ON THE POWER METER CLOCK, ON THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DATES.
