Designed by award winning Queenstown architects, set on hilltop with stunning views of both Long Bay, and the Coromandel Harbour.

Quiet, private, eco, luxury interiors with modern home automation, and surrounded by beautiful beaches.

Very spacious with all 5 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; seamless flow between inside and outside spaces on the ground floor.

We love to entertain so the house is designed for that with in-house movie system, enormous open kitchen and bar.

The space
Modern, minimalist styling. Google-home audio throughout, air-conditioning, separate "kids wing" with their own smart-tv.

The garage is the entertainment space, with a projector and beanbags for watching movies, or Room scale Virtual Reality Gaming.

Built in Coffee maker, reclining lounge suite, and double door fridge with ample space. Blum electronic drawers in the kitchen.

Where you’ll be

Wonderful local beaches, long bay is just below the house. The wonderful Whangapoua beach is 15mins away over the hill.
Great restaurants in town, Wharf Road Cafe, Umu & Peppertree. Lots of walks and local activities in the immediate area, as well as excellent fishing charters.
