Gianlica's place is amazing! 20min walk from centre and 10min from train station. The apartment was super clean and tidy and fresh. Gianluca was extremely helpful with our stay and made it a great experience would stay again if back in verona!!

Awesome, spacious apartment. Walking distance to the city and lots of local little cafes and shops around. Verona was beautiful and Debby who filled in for Gianluca was very helpful and friendly. Would stay again!

Gianluca's place was our first experience of Italy and it was a perfect introduction. It's walking distance to Verona which is a beautiful town but also close to free parking and public transport where we had day trips to Venice and Lake Garda. We had a 2 year old and she slept on mattresses and pillows and it worked out fine. There's no microwave or TV but the flat is renovated nicely and very relaxing. We also had a warm welcome from our host including some recommended restaurants which were all excellent. Thanks Gianluca for a wonderful week.

Amazing! We travelled all over Italy and this was our favorite apartment. Super clean and tidy, all the essentials (apart from wifi). Comfy bed, nice big soft towels, great shower/bathroom, very cosy living area. We had our toddler with us & still walked the 10-20mins to go out to dinner and see the sights. Would highly recommend.

What a beautiful apartment! We were surprised by how spacious it was and it had such a romantic and cosy feel to it. Very well equipped and an amazing shower! We walked everywhere in Verona from the house and the train station Vescovo, is located really close, so we caught a train from there to Venice for the day. Gianluca met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know about the house and his recommendations for places to eat and see in Verona. We wished we stayed longer than 3 nights & are so grateful that we experienced Gianluca's house and Verona. He destined a beautiful home in a beautiful town! Grazie mille!

Our three nights in Verona were great! Our 7 year old son thought his 'transformer' bed was very comfortable so the apartment definitely sleeps three perfectly. Everything has been beautifully renovated - the kitchen and bathroom had everything you need, just like home. Being on the first floor is easy for carrying up luggage, too. Gianluca was a very welcoming host, good communicator, and even picked us up from the train station! His mini tour of the city pointed out some ideas for eating and sightseeing which we followed, as well as all the practical information you need as a traveller. We were there on an unusually hot weekend and didn't want to open the windows because of street noise, but the portable fan was a nice relief. We also made use of the washing machine which worked very well. Walking into Verona old town was about 15 minutes - and the bus to city and Porto Nuova leaves from outside the apartment. A handy location away from the tourist groups.

Lovely renovated apartment with a relaxing, luxurious feel and with all of the amenities you could expect. The location is a 10min walk along a slightly 'edgy' street to the edge of the interesting part of town. We found the upstairs neighbours very noisy up until 11pm and from 6am. We were surprised at the lack of wifi and hadn't noticed it was not listed as being available. The apartment was clean, exactly as described and the welcome and departure all very easy and convenient.

I like to meet people from allover the world and some years ago I started to rent my own home with Airbnb.
I wanted to offer to my guests its romantic and comfortable atmosphere.
Now I renovated 2 other flats in the same building and of course in the same style!
I believe this activity make the people and the world more welcoming and respectful.
