Well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom open-concept home set in a deep water, no wake cove near mile marker 31. Boat slip available for renter's use on private dock with great fishing opportunities. Peaceful setting not far from shopping with all paved roads. Near to many lake entertainments (restaurants, bars, etc.) by both water and road. Perfect get away for couples and families!

The space
The front door opens into the cook's kitchen (fully stocked with all needed cooking supplies) and flows seamlessly into the dining room and sun porch with beautiful lake views. There is a half bath for guests on this level, so the main level master suite can stay private. The master features a king sized bed, sitting room with television, optional fold out twin bed, a private bath with duel sinks, and a sliding door that opens up to a deck.

The living room in the lower level is full of comfortable seating with access to a large television and wood burning fireplace. The sleeper sofa and ottoman allow for extra guests. The first bedroom has bunk beds and a laundry closet. The full bathroom separates the two bedrooms and features the same styling as the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large closet.

Stepping out from the lower level living room is an open air porch with a hot tub. Between the master suite deck and patio is a grilling deck, complete with a gas grill stocked with propane and ready to use. Just a few steps down the path is the 2 slip dock--perfect for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the lake on the dock swing. A 24' x 10' slip is available for renters to store their boat during their stay, so no need to visit the marina!

Guest access
You will have access to almost all of the home. There are a few private closets that will remain locked, but guests will have more than enough storage space. There are kayaks on the dock that guest are welcome to use, we just request that they are put back when not in use. The hot tub and grill are available for guest use.

Other things to note
Many of the homes in the cove are for year round residents and many of them have dogs. Everyone is friendly, but some of the pets will occasionally cross the property.

Neighbourhood highlights

The cove our home is situated in is a great for all ages. The neighbors are friendly and so is the wild life! You can see all manner of birds swimming and flying by, especially ducks and geese. It is just a short drive down F highway for groceries, and the fabulous lake shopping is a mere 20 minutes away via the toll bridge. There are nearby restaurants and bars, which can be accessed by boat or car. It perfectly situated to feel like a lake retreat, without actually being far from amenities.
