This RV is most comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids, due to 2 beds being bunk beds, 32" x 70". The table turns into almost a full bed, best for 1 adult and there is a very comfy queen bed with a privacy door. All amenities are here except a washer/dryer. There is a gas stove and oven, propane bbq, refrigerator/freezer, heat/AC, tv with Amazon firestick and dvd's , table, chairs & rockers & roasting sticks to relax around the campfire. Beautiful views, sunsets, wildlife and birds await you!

The space
Uniqueness are the beautiful views, quiet, serene setting, superb location near Livingston, Pray, Chico Hot Springs and Emigrant.
Nice restaurants and a bakery, bar and grills, live music in summer
Wildlife in the yard and lots of birds
Campfire pit with firewood, reasonable amount (Burn ban in effect, August-September, 2021)
Built-in CD player and 24" tv with dvd's and Amazon firestick
Pretty darn good WIFi, upgraded this summer (although we encourage you to disconnect!)
A toaster oven is available if you like. We will place it in the front compartment of the RV accessed to the right of the front door. The oven in the RV works fine. One must turn the oven to on or pilot and be ready to light the pilot which is the lower back side of the oven in the middle.
If you have pets, please let us know when booking. There is a small fee of $10 per day and $40 for a week.

NOTE: THIS RV IS A WELL-BUILT 2004 FLEETWOOD PROWLER. IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND WE RECENTLY REPLACED THE REFRIGERATOR AND MATTRESS. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR PROPERTY. THAT BEING SAID, THE LINOLEUM ISN'T PERFECT AND THE WALL HAS BEEN BUMPED AND THE PANELING IS CRACKED A LITTLE NEAR THE FLOOR BY THE BUNK BEDS. IF YOU ARE INCLINED TO PREFER PERFECTION AND THE MODERN COLORS OF TODAY, YOU MAY WANT TO CHOOSE A DIFFERENT RV. WE OFFER OUR RV AS A COMFORTABLE AND AFFORDABLE WAY TO VISIT YELLOWSTONE AND PARADISE VALLEY.

Where you’ll be

Livingston, Mt, United States

Changing light on the mountains, beautiful skies and sunsets, mule deer and eagles, hawks, osprey and other birds that we enjoy on a daily basis. Fox or coyote cubs yipping in the evening provides a special song to accompany the starlit big sky. Proximity to paved road and just the right distance from Livingston, Chico Hot Springs and 35 miles to Yellowstone will provide you the much needed solace you and your loved ones crave! This location is for people who enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains and don't mind a 35-40 minute drive through country that is as beautiful as Yellowstone.

I love to travel, but also am in love with this beautiful location so near the mountains and Yellowstone Park. Every evening my husband, Gary and I enjoy the changing light in the sky and on the mountains. I am easy-going, enjoy people, desire to do my best at whatever course that might be. It's pleasing to me to provide a place of respite during people's travels. I have travelled all over Europe, a few places in Mexico and Canada! I have a "sleeper" movie that my husband and I always share with our friends, Last of The Dogmen, which features a Montana location and mixes some Native American culture in to an interesting plot. We like country music, much of it connects with my love for classic rock of the '70's. A wonderful musician named Willie K from Hawaii is phenomenal! What a range of talent from Pavarotti to Willie Nelson and Patsy Cline! I love to cook and share good food with friends. A nice glass of wine is always a nice compliment to a good meal! I am from the Seattle area originally which was a very fun place to live! I used to snow ski and sail on Lake Washington, bike and hike a little, play racquetball. Here we hike, enjoy wildlife, snowshoe, and love art. My husband, Gary, is an artist, a painter, and I will be taking time to creative endeavors this winter. I recently retired from the State of Montana where I worked as an appraiser of real estate. Loves in my life, besides people and pets, are real estate, art, travel and a curiosity and enjoyment of other cultures!

During your stay

August 28, 2021. I am away in AZ with my elderly mom. Gary is there in the home at the end of the driveway in the mornings before 8:30 and after 3. You can stop and say hello and see the massive array of gift items and artwork that you won't see in other gift stores. He is a wealth of information too. There will be info about the area, restaurants, tips about things to do, books about Yellowstone in the RV. There are also tips about the RV, lighting the oven, short showers, etc. in the RV.
