The ‘Perch Villa’ is uniquely located on a cliff top twenty-five meters above sea level at Ba Kantiang Bay surrounded by virgin rain forest with the most spectacular sea views out to the Andaman Sea. The waves can be heard crashing against the rocks below. This is a lovely romantic setting which offers privacy, luxury and tranquility! It has been designed by the architect who built the nearby famous five-star Pimalai resort and offers privacy, luxury and tranquility.

The space
The Villa is gated and very private. The spacious open plan living area is designed taking full advantage of the spectacular view, with glass sliding doors on three sides that seamlessly flows out to the surrounding veranda.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your every need including large fridge/freezer, microwave/grill, and two hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle.
There is 4G WiFi, a Smart TV, speakers to pair via Bluetooth for your music. There is a lovely dining table cut from local jungle wood under cover on the veranda.
