This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home.
There are beach cruisers, beach chairs and 3 kayaks for you to enjoy using.
The downstairs has a spacious, open floor plan with a gas fireplace and glass doors leading onto the porch and the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots and pans. The large granite island is a perfect space to work or enjoy a meal. There is also a den with a sofa bed, and a garage.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath with a tubs and showers. There is a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor.
The 3rd floor is another bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house.
There are beach chairs and beach cruisers in the garage for your use.
There is also a cornhole game for you to set up in the sid years.
There is a table for 8 out on the back deck if the weather is nice.
There are Turkish towels for beach towels.

Other things to note
Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking. Chef’s pots and pans. Gas stove. Large granite island for prep work and dining for 6.
