We are happy to share our Lakefront Property in Alberta Beach with a breathtaking view of Lac Ste Anne.

The space
Three (3) bedroom house which is perfect for family or group of friends who would to like unwind and commune with nature. During summer, you can enjoy fishing right in front of the property or by the dock which we set up for our boat (Please note that the boat is not included in the rental property and you need to secure a license to go fishing, use of boat lift can be arrange prior to booking for a minimal fee).
Bedrooms: Master’s Bedroom with King Size comfortable bed, 2 side tables, a dresser and Smart TV. It also has an access to the balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or just enjoy the view of the lake.
2 Guest Rooms: 1 with Queen bed, 2 side tables and a dresser with mirror, the other guest room has a double size bed which is also overlooking the lake.
Living room: has comfortable 3 seater recliner couch and love seat recliner. Smart TV with shaw satellite cable, coffee table, side table. The living area is also overlooking the lake.
Dining area: we have a bar height 6 seater dining area which i personally refurbished.
Kitchen: newly renovated fully functional kitchen with an island. Included in your stay will be the use of the fridge, electic stove/ oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, rice cooker and microwave.
Bathroom: the house has 1 full bath (with bathtub) located at the 2nd level. The half bath is located at the 1st level. Hot water is available.
Amenities: Beddings, Pillows, Towels (bath/hand/face) hair dryer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Water in a dispenser, soap, shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, toilet paper, paper towels, basic cooking spices, coffee, sugar, coffee mate and tea.

Free use of Firepit , Patio table and chairs. Please return the chairs in proper order after use. Please not leave the chairs in the lawn.

BBQ grill use is complementary. Ensure that the gas is turned off and Please keep it clean after each use.

NOT INCLUDED: FIREWOOD (you can buy at the nearby grocery store and gas station). We can also order and have the wood ready for you at reasonable cost. Please let us know ahead of time.

ENTERTAINMENT: 2 Smart TV with shaw satellite cable with NHL subscription. NETFLIX is also available for a relaxing indoor entertainment while enjoying the view of the lake.
Wifi is also complementary for social media access. Please avoid downloading games, videos or movies.
PARKING: Our driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.

Our neighbourhood is very quite and serene. It is very ideal for people to want escape from the busy city life. You can go fishing during summer, enjoy a nice boat ride or just sit and relax while watching the geese and ducks swimming in the lake.
