Located in the highly sort after East End of Flinders Street, 12th-floor Sub Penthouse apartment. Balcony views to Adelaide city and parklands. Short walk to Rundle St: cafes, dining, wine bars, East End cinemas, retail, trams, Botanic Gardens, Fringe Festival (Feb/March).

FREE secure off-street undercover parking. Two smart TVs, 4G wifi, laundry, full kitchen. 2 Bedrooms, Master with King Size Bed and direct access to bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. Quiet location.

Our place is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. It has a balcony with seating for two. Inside there’s 2 Bedrooms, Master with a king size bed and built in robes and desk. Smaller 2nd Bedroom with 2 x single beds. The kitchen / dining / living room has a high bench with 3 stools, and a view to the city - an ideal perch to enjoy breakfast or any meal. All your cooking needs are catered for in the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions provided and there's an espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. Enjoy one touch Netflix TV in living or master bedroom. Full laundry facilities including washer/dryer, tasteful interior design and furnishings.
3 Split system air conditioners. 1 in each bedroom and 3rd in the living area for perfect all year round comfort.

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself with the exception of our locked cleaners cupboard directly inside the door.

A well stocked pantry and breakfast provisions are provided for your first few days.
There is an espresso coffee machine available for you to use, with coffee beans provided.

The apartment in a quiet quarter but close to the city, a short 8 min. walk away. At the eastern 'Paris end' of Flinders St, there's good eating close by (try Flinders St Project, a minute to the East on Flinders St). It's also very close to beautiful Victoria Park (a bit further east, across Hutt St), an expansive grassland and wooded park great for exercise, cycling, walking, kyte or drone-flying! The Stables cafe/restaurant is in the north-eastern corner of the park, or keep walking and cross over directly into Rymill Park (where the Fringe Festival is held) and on to the city!
