A rustic mud brick cottage set on 21ha of river red gum forest.
The property is listed as a wildlife sanctuary and is home to a diverse range of birds and animals.
Bordered by the Edward River, just a 10 minute walk from the house, the property also features a large dam popular with birds, frogs, kangaroos and wallaroos. If you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of an echidna in the bush or a platypus is the river.
There is a boat ramp nearby should you wish to fish or explore the river by boat.

The space
The house is a unique rustic mud brick design, with cosy comfortable spaces to unwind and relax.
An ample outdoor area allows for barbecues, outdoor living and being in touch with nature.
Take a stroll to the river, watch the birdlife on the dam, relax in the peace and quiet and share the bush surrounds with kangaroo, wallaroo and echidna.
