This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
Summer House Rarotonga is a studio with mosquito screens in the windows and air conditioning. An outdoor covered deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. Great for couples, solo travellers or if visiting for business.
Unlimited wifi access is included in the nightly fee.
The unit is situated on the back road 5mins from the airport and 15mins walk to the Island’s main town of Avarua. Car, scooter and bicycle rentals are also en route to town
Check in time is 2pm and check out 10am.

The space
The unit is an open plan set up. There is a 4x6m covered deck with outdoor seating that overlooks the mountains and garden. A bar and stools also to enjoy meals/drinks outdoor.
The kitchen has a small fridge freezer and microwave, jug, toaster, electric frying pan and hot plate with pots and pans for cooking meals.
The bed is either king or splits into 2 x single beds. Side tables and lamps as well as a small table with low stools and high stools to sit by the kitchen bench top.
All windows/doors have mosquito screens (except for the kitchen bifold window) if you want to stay indoors and still feel the fresh air, or else for those afternoon naps on a hot day, you can enjoy the air conditioning.
Unlimited internet is included in your booking.

Guest access
You will have access to the studio, the outdoor deck and garden.
There is a parking area on the property allocated for Summer House guests.

Other things to note
Hosts are onsite and available if you need any assistance. We can organise your transfers to and from the airport as well as provide with a food basket for those arriving on late or early flights.
If you require a late check out, you can stay in the unit until 8pm for an extra $70 (if available). Anything further than that, please book an extra night.
