Our oversized apartment is tucked away on a quiet street with easy on-site parking. You’re also just five minutes from local shops, including a great breakfast café.

This spacious apartment comfortably sleeps 5 people, with room to spare.
Compared to other properties in Avalon, this apartment is huge, offering ample space for families or groups to spread out and relax.
A truly comfortable and relaxing stay, whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or longer retreat.

Guest access
This one is easy, free parking on site, short walk up the driveway to the backdoor where you will find a key pad and you simply enter the code which will be released to you just before check in.

Other things to note
We also have our own little row of local shops just a few minutes walk away, a cafe for breakfast, a bottle shop, a surf shop, a convenience store and a few others.

This property could sleep a sixth child on the upstairs day bed. This will incur extra costs and you'll need to book in advance as we need to deliver all the extra bedding as we don't leave it at the property. Suitable for approx. 8yo to a 15yo Please ask me about this.

We include a starter pack of tea bags, sugar, and six coffee capsules (all capsules are espresso-compatible), as well as oil, salt, pepper, and paper towel in the kitchen. All quality linen is provided in the bedrooms, and towels, bath mats, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are supplied in the bathrooms.

A very comfy, brand-new portacot is available for hire ($80, including delivery and collection). The top level is perfect for babies up to 9 kg, and the lower level is suitable for bigger babies up to 15 kg.

Beach towels can be hired for $15 each, and a beach set (CoolCabana and two beach chairs) is available from $60.

Meeting expectations.
This is a casual beach holiday apartment in an older block. Our apartment has been updated and we do our best to provide everything you’ll need. We do include tea coffee sugar oil salt pepper paper towel in the kitchen, all quality linen in the bedrooms, all towels bath mats and hand towels in the bathrooms.
We can provide beach towels for $15 each. Please book these in early.
