I rent this unique apartment in the courtyard of a historic mill. (Be sure to check out my new 'At the Stables' apartment too. ) The barn loft is located under the roof of the former barn. It consists of kitchen-living room, bedroom and a bathroom.
The room is accessed via several stairs.
Pure nature, with horses, dogs, cats, chickens and geese and all that naturally connects with it. There may also be a few flies, beetles in exceptional cases a mouse.

The space
This truly unique apartment is lined with wooden beams at head level. The doors do not correspond to the standard height. So you have to bend down often. (Perhaps a little mindfulness exercise ;)
The doors separating the individual rooms are wooden board doors. By their airy nature, they are more than 'room dividers' to understand as real doors. (see photos)

My favorite cafes are about 20 minutes away. I like good cafe. For restaurants you have to reckon about the same time. There are at least 4 bathing lakes within 15 minutes by car. Supermarket 15 min. organic shops within 20-30 minutes by car. Within half an hour you are in Herborn, Wetzlar, Weilburg or Limburg.

The mill is located directly on the Kallenbachradweg, which connects the Westerwaldradweg with the Lahntalradweg.

There are 3 mineral springs in the immediate vicinity. They were given healing effects as early as around 1900.
