Modern four bedroom beach house that offers stylish accommodation to suit families or small groups.

Inside is a well-appointed kitchen opening onto an under cover deck with hooded bbq & salt water plunge pool. The open-plan living-dining area has sleek polished floorboards and ceiling fans.
All bedrooms have air conditioning. Three bedrooms have king beds (2 rooms can be as two king singles on request) whilst the 4th room has a double bed with single bunk above. The main bedroom incl ensuite.

The space
Large spacious four bedroom Beach House offering open plan kitchen, living and dining areas opening onto the large timber deck which over looks our salt water plunge pool. There is a hooded bbq and additional dining table ideal for those who wish to entertain.
Inside is a well equipped kitchen with servery also opening onto the deck area.
The main bedroom with ensuite offering a king size bed also looks out onto the deck and plunge pool. The remaining three bedrooms are towards the front of the house giving mum and dad that extra bit of privacy and peace and quiet. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The Beach House is situated within 800 metres to Byron Bay's iconic beaches and 300 metres to world class dining, boutique shopping, picture theatre and supermarkets.

Guest access
Guests have access to all facilities on the property. The plunge pool is solely for those occupying our Beach House. There is off street car parking with carport available. The carspace will accommodate up to 3 cars.
Access to the property is via a lock box. Code will be provided close to arrival. The property is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping centre.

Other things to note
Our property was originally built in the early 1900's. It has been renovated but still offers all the character of high ceilings, original floor plan and polished timber floor boards throughout. The property offers:

Welcome to Butlers at Byron. We offer a newly renovated four bedroom beach house plus separate studio for rental in Byron Bay. The two properties can be rented as a whole (subject to availability) or separately. We are located 500 metres to the town centre and a 10 minute walk to Byron Bays Main Beach. The property is privately managed and we engage the services of our friendly concierge. This will ensure you will always get friendly local service.
