Only 100m from Eat street, this tropical apartment allows for a perfectly central location to explore Seminyak's hot spots, or reside back by your own private plunge pool and private rooftop escape with a coconut(or Bintang) This apartment offers incredibly comfortable accommodation ideally suited to the single traveller who wants to be positioned in the most desirable location of Seminyak.

YOUR STAY WILL INCLUDE;

+ Accommodation in our one-bedroom tropical apartment for up to 2 guests just 100m from Eat Street and the famous Oberoi/Kayu Aya(Revolver Coffee is right at the end of our lane)

OUR SERVICE TO YOU;

+ A daily butler service(up to 3 hours)! We’re talking bed making, bathroom sparklification, to make sure your space is in a perfect way for absolute relaxation.

+ Your Butler can organise your washing requirements at the local laundry(for the cost of the cleaning only), prepare breakfast(meals are charged based on in-villa menu) make restaurant, beach club, daily driver and spa reservations and any added extras that will help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

+ 24-hour guest services support from your Guest Relations Manager

+ Private driver for one airport pick-up for stays 5 nights or more. For stays less than 5 nights or for additional transfers, a fee of 250k IDR($25AUD) applies.

* Please note any guests that require a check-in after 10PM at night, must commit to use our driver service(cost of 250k per trip if not included)

+ An open living kitchen/lounge/dining area to just sit and relax, with a spiral staircase that takes you to your own private rooftop area for an extended space of peace, tranquillity and sunshine

+ Open dining and living including sofa and small table. This area has a ceiling fan

+ Fully equipped Western kitchen, including fridge, microwave, blender, chilled safe water dispenser and coffee machine with fresh coffee grounds (because adulting is hard!) and tea supplies. There is a gas stove cook top and we have plates, cutlery and all cooking utensils ready to go. We will start you off with some fresh milk and fresh fruit to get you settled in

+ Private plunge pool with beanbags to chill out or maybe get a bit of alfresco shut eye! We hope you love our cactus wall as much as we do!

+ A Tropical Private Rooftop area with a large lounge to simply read a book, get some sun or have a cocktail! Perfect for a private yoga session!
