The space
Saudara Two comfortably sleeps 6 guests at any one time.

There are two King sized bedrooms that each have an attached Tropical Ensuite. We also offer a extra third room which is a smaller room(best suited for children) and does not have an attached ensuite bathroom. Guests will need to utilise the bathrooms attached to the other King Bedrooms. This room can also be utilised as an air-conditioned tv space or additional small lounge area.

YOUR STAY WILL INCLUDE;

+ Accommodation in our three-bedroom tropical villa for up to 6*** people just 100m from Seminyak Beach

OUR SERVICE;

+ A full-time, Private Butler (8 hours per day**) to look after all the minutiae of your stay. We’re talking bed making, bathroom sparklification, delicious meals* at your request, an extra pair of hands to help out with the kids! You name it*!

+ Private driver for one airport pick-up for stays 5 nights or more. For stays less than 5 nights or for additional transfers, a fee of 250k IDR($25AUD) applies.
* Please note any guests that require a check-in after 10PM at night, must commit to use our driver service(cost of 250k per trip if not included)

+ Villa Security team from 5pm until 7am, seven days a week

+ 24-hour guest services support from your Guest Relations Manager

OUR BEDROOM;

+ 2 King bedrooms, each with ensuite attached

+ 1 Junior King bedroom without ensuite. This smaller sized room(great for kids) can also be configured as an enclosed lounge or with two single beds at your request.

+ All linen including bedding, towels and includes pool towels. We are happy for the pool towels to be used at the beach as long as they are returned.

+ Air-conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms

+ Safe in bedroom to look after your valuables

OUR BATHROOMS;

+ 2 Bathrooms equipped with both tropical indoor/outdoor showers

+ Aromatic Essential Oil bath products, hairdryer and ironing facilities.

OUR LIVING & KITCHEN AREAS;

+ Open dining and living with 6-seater dining table, couches and Bluetooth speaker

+ Fully equipped Western kitchen, including a full-sized fridge, cook top stove, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fresh coffee grounds (because adulting is hard!) as well as tea supplies. We will start you off with some fresh milk and fresh fruit to get you settled in.

OUR POOL & OUTDOORS;

+ Private pool(approximately 2.5m x 4m) with Bale Bengong (aka shady beach hut to the uninitiated!) to escape the sun, chill out, maybe get a bit of alfresco shut eye!

+ Pool/tanning lounges and beanbags for your poolside comfort

+ A selection of pool toys and inflatables

+ We have a stocked Mini Bar including snacks, magnum ice-creams, drinks, beers, wine champagne (a must) and all at supermarket prices to make sure the night time munchies are well looked after

EXTRA DETAILS;

*Cost of meals is charged. We have an in-villa menu that you can choose from dishes in advance to have prepared by your Butler. These are charged according to what you choose.

**Standard Butler working hours are 8am-4pm or by negotiation. Overtime hours will incur a nominal hourly fee.

***Additional guests MAY be able to stay in some circumstances for an additional fee of $40AUD per person per night regardless of adult or child. This covers the hire of the additional bed, linen, plus all other incidentals associated with having an extra person in the villa as provided in our standard inclusions. Children two years and under that will sleep in a cot will be charged $10AUD per night of stay.

We are less than 100m from Seminyak Beach! Kudeta Beach Club which is one of Seminyak's most prestigious beach clubs and we are less than 50m away. We are less than a 10 minute walk to Seminyak Square which starts the Oberoi area's 'Eat Street' Here there are loads of cafes, restaurants and shopping. You will not find a better location in Seminyak!
