The space
• This studio-style Cabin is equipped with everything you need for your Southwest getaway.
Starting with a romantic Queen bed with dual aspect picture windows which provide a constantly changing vista across the landscape.
We also can also offer a Trundle bed and a seperate Bunk room for family stays, this allows privacy when booking for more than one couple
We can accommodate up to 6 guests in total.
*However these need to be requested when booking.
• Enjoy a drink at sunset on the deck, watching out over the magnificent surrounding country side and watch kangaroos and emus feeding on the property and beyond.Morning is the perfect time to watch the huge variety of native birds.
• During Winter enjoy the two Fire pits and make sure you take in the spectacular night sky.Please note that Fires pits cannot be lit during Fire Season, this includes the outdoor fire place.
• The Cabin is completely private so perfect for a tranquil getaway.
Please note that Check out is strictly by 10am as our Cleaners arrive promptly.
*Strictly no Pets allowed on property
We do not allow extra's to stay at the Cabin.
Only the quantity of guests registered at the time of booking.
We do have CCTV cameras at the property for security.
We do not have cameras in use internally during your stay as we respect your privacy.
Guest access
You will have the Cabin all to yourself during your stay and facilities include a private bathroom and laundry located on the covered veranda, about 5m away from the main Cabin.
Trundle Bed and Bunk room access and extra bedding is only available if pre arranged.
Cabin owner's Simon and Sharyn are available by phone to answer any questions you may have.
Other things to note
• The Cabin is one, generous sized, studio-style space. Ideal for two people seeking a tranquil getaway.
• If you require more than the Queen bed in the main cabin you will need to inform us of your bedding requirements at the time of booking.
The Cabin can accommodate up to 6 people with the addition of our Bunk room being booked.
The Bunk room has a Double bed (200 kg limit) and a Single bed (100kg limit)
There is also a Trundle single bed that can be rolled out from the Main Cabin Queen bed.
•Please let us know what configuration you would like for your stay.
• The nightly rate covers up to two people. Any additional guests are $50 per person per night. No additional guest charge for infants.A Cot and High chair are available should you require them.

The Cabin’s unique setting on the edge of a state forest conservation area provides peace and tranquility, yet is only 6kms from the centre of Bridgetown. Walking trails start from the front gate of the property.

My Partner Sharyn and I enjoy meeting people, travel, architecture, design and creating beautiful homes.
We are lucky enough to share our time between Fremantle and its colourful culture and Bridgetown and its beautiful surroundings where we own an old weatherboard church built in 1898.
Together with our hound Sophie we hope you enjoy our Forest Edge Cabin and its tranquil surroundings and discover just how amazing the Bridgetown area is.
