This region is a delight; the Conflent valley provides lovely green scenery, with Mount Canigou dominating the skyline and the Pyrenees visible in the distance. "Hi, I am Sue, owner of villa L'Oiseau Chantant in lovely Fuilla, Pyrénées Orientales, southern France. It is such a privilege to own this place. I get to visit about 4 times a year, and love the calm, the bright light, and the beauty. So do my friends and family! We have great meals together, swim and play in the pool, lie in the sun - or get out-and-about to see the many sights there are roundabouts. My family come every year and varied friends come all the time. I live and work in Brussels, Belgium, where European Union policy-making takes up quite some of my time (professionally and non-professionally). I am an active member of a Christian church (there is even a little Anglican chaplaincy in the next village on from Fuilla, if anyone is interested....). I have my own personal anti-poverty project in Malawi - an HIV testing and counselling, education and community development centre. I love swimming and am social secretary of a sailing club (that's a great position to have!). I also manage other properties I own. I play the guitar (a bit!). I love travel and have been all over the world - and still counting! I have a great team around me who look after the villa attentively all year. We would be only too happy to welcome you to L'Oiseau Chantant."
