Our home is a large 4 bed, 2 bath home located in a tranquil, family friendly neighbourhood overlooking beautiful Myamblah Oval. It is light, spacious and on a level block with established native trees and birds surrounding. It is a 2 story home with all living and bedrooms on the top floor. Downstairs has a 2nd retro bathroom, laundry and rumpus with games/toys. Perfect for a family holiday, two families travelling together or a peaceful work trip. You will enjoy working from home here.

Downstairs:

Rumpus room with kids toys and games, laundry, retro toilet, shower and basin. Good sized flat back yard, hills hoist and bocce' court.

Fresh milk, tea and coffee are provided for your convenience. We welcome children and outside pets to our home. We have a fully fenced, enclosed back yard with a bocce court and balls for a bit of fun and friendly competition. We also have a high chair and port-a-cot with linen available upon request.

The home is equipped with Wifi and a large flat screen Smart TV including Stan and Netflix. There is a DVD player with a range of kids DVD’s and a bookshelf with books and games. Leave a book and take one from the Myamblah bookshelf and listen to some music through the Bluetooth speaker.

The kitchen includes children’s cups, bowls, plates and cutlery plus a range of pots, pans, cooking utensils, chef’s knives and mortar and pestle should you feel like cooking. There are also serving platters and bowls for entertaining.

We have quality linen and towels plus comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The house is equipped with a reverse cycle air conditioner and bedroom heaters for year round comfort.

The property is centrally located and a flat 20 min walk or 3 min drive to the iconic Merewether Beach. Here you'll find ocean baths, a great walking/scooter/bike path, 'Surfhouse' cafe' and restaurant and the famous Beach Hotel.

The property is directly across from Myamblah Oval. A great spot to walk the dog and for the kids to kick a ball around. There is a great kids park on Winsor St- a 15 min. walk/2 min drive. Local shops are on Llewellyn St- IGA, bottle shop, chemist, fruit and veg, post office, pizza, take away options and Drift cafe'. These are a 15 min. walk/2 minute drive. The Junction has a number of cafe/resturant and bar otpions along with Coles Supermarket and speciality shops a 20min walk or 3min drive away.

We are also a 5 minute ride to the Glenrock mountain bike trails/bush walking and Fernleigh cycle and walking track.
