Small and cosy stone house in the centre of Split just under Marjan hill and it's very easy to find. Near to all main locations in Split. Situated in the old part of town with a lot of stone houses and narrow streets. Bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away.

The space
Unique old stone house located in the center of Split in the historic part of town. It's a traditional stone house newly renovated 2 years ago. It has an open kitchen, bathroom studio with a bedroom and a nice terrace. It's quiet with almost no people passing by. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area so there's absolutely no traffic noise. Just a few minutes by foot from the Palace of Diocletian central square. The beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. There are only 900m from home to the ferry port and the railway station of Split. By ferry, you can visit the islands Brac, Hvar, Vis, Šolta or Korcula.

Split is one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic Sea coast and the second-largest city in Croatia. Split is a city with 1700 years old history and offers you a wide range of places to relax and to enjoy. Lots of bars restaurants offering good food and wine are all over the city. Also Split has many nice beaches.

Worth a visit is Dalmatia's biggest city Split. Why do you not start at the Diocletian's Palace and take a stroll through the old town centre as well as along the promenade (Riva)? Alternatively, you could walk up to Marjan Hill where you have a wonderful view over the area and islands near split and have to have coffee there. If you want to take in some of the cultural treasures then I would recommend you to visit one of the larger museums of the town ( historical museum, split city museum, aquarium in vranjic..)Festivals and concerts are held all year round and you can enjoy almost all kind of it from classical music to electronic. Take yourself time and try to discover lots of hidden streets of palace maybe at the end of it there is a nice bar so you can sit to drink coffee and relax.

Guest access
The apartment is in the pedestrian zone so you will need to walk a few minutes to reach it when you park your car. All main traffic stations are about 10 minutes away. Also, the taxi station is about 3 to 4 minutes away walking. It's a house so you are on the first floor.

In the city centre old neighbourhood Varoš under Marjan hill.A lot of stone houses and a beautiful view. You can go cycling skating or just running in Marjan forest with lots of trim paths. Varoš is getting really popular nowadays with lots of bars and restaurants just opened in that labyrinth of streets. Varoš represents traditional old part of the city and I symbol of traditional dalmatian architecture. Varoš is a very quiet neighbourhood due to forbidden traffic.
