NO PETS PERMITTED. Situated on 4 private, wooded acres on Lake Conroe with a huge picture window and a stunning view of the lake & the National Forest - no other houses or a bridge. Smartly decorated and fully furnished over 3500 square feet. Direct waterfront to a 1600 sqft Trex dock with great swimming, lounging and fishing. Dock space is available to moor your boat or jet ski. Large driveway to park six to eight vehicles. Totally separate house allowing full privacy. Nothing else like it.

The space
The resort style property has 220 feet of water frontage on a relatively shallow large cove with a sandy bottom that allows for swimming for children and lots of space for play with water toys. Some floats are provided for swimming. Nice cushioned loungers and chairs are provided for the guests on the dock. There is a separate play area for children with “fort” playset with swings and slide. The wooded four acres also has a campfire area, gazebo & trellis - perfect for family get togethers, celebrations or the perfect family vacation.

The house is huge with four bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms that comfortably sleeps 10 plus an available nice platform queen size air bed to add a bed for 2 more. No other location on Lake Conroe sleeps 12. Large flat screen TV in huge family room plus flat screen in the master bedroom with wifi & streaming service. Just for fun is a full sized air hockey table & board games. There is a carpeted children’s play area upstairs with children’s books and toys. There is also a family piano for the musically inclined. Washer and dryer plus a barbecue pit are provided. Your stay will truly be a turnkey lake resort experience, just a short drive from Houston.

Guest access
Large newly renovated covered dock with deck chairs, loungers & floats provided. A large ramp at back of house allows wheelchair access (slightly steeper than ADA so exercise caution). Private separate entrance for the space with stairs. A separate crushed gravel lighted walk is provided for direct access to the lake. Lights for dock can be turned on and off at dock or the guest house.

Other things to note
There is a high quality inflatable platform queen bed that can be used that can expand the guest accommodations to 12.

Conroe ISD Spring Break week requires a 4 night minimum. The number of day guests are generally limited to the number of guests on the reservation.

The house is situated off of FM 1097 halfway between Willis and Montgomery with full shopping and restaurants available. Montgomery has quaint shopping, antique shopping, festivals, local flavor restaurants and historic areas. There are several nice public golf courses in the area to support a guys golf weekend venture. There are many wedding venues in the area. The size of the guest house allows for many family members coming in for the wedding to stay together.
