Just a 5 minute walk from our home is the infamous Greenwich Market which serves a delightful array of food no matter your dietary restrictions. During the weekend it is bustling with Londoners and foreigners alike visiting for the amazing food and wonderful art pieces to gaze upon. Just a short walk from the market is Greenwich Park, which is a Royal Park that houses the Royal Observatory. Greenwich is known for being the meridian that serves as the basis for the world's standard time zone system which can be seen at the Royal Observatory. At the top of the hill you can also find a beautiful view of London beaming in the backdrop. Fun facts: Henry VIII and his two daughters, Mary I and Elizabeth I, were born in Greenwich. There are beautiful trees that date back to the 12th century.

MOVING TO AMSTERDAM - can no longer host. My partner, Wini, Wesley, and I live in our new cozy flat in Greenwich, London. It is a beautiful borough in the bustling city we call home. With spacious greens, delicious feasts, stunning architecture and a charming atmosphere, hopefully you will leave Greenwich feeling the same, craving to come back for more. 5 things about me: 1. My favourite show of all time is Friends 2. I love to cook 3. I have travelled to 35+ countries around the world 4. My favourite book is The Kite Runner 5. I am a vegetarian I grew up traveling all around the world and I see myself doing that till I'm 90 years old. I mainly grew up in the Netherlands and I try to go back as much as I can. I would love to own a property there some day with my partner and our pups. I also grew up with home stays from all around the world so I think it's awesome being able to share your traditions and cultures with others. We learn from our experiences and from those we meet and Airbnb is the perfect opportunity to continue being able to do that. Let me open my home to you and give you your home away from home :)
