Our amazing 26-acre ranch is located just outside of historic Fredericksburg with panoramic views of the hill country. Our ranch is perfect for couples wanting to soak in the hot tub and enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets. For large groups, the ranch has the ideal amenities to entertain all with a fire pit, an outdoor grill area, pool, and hot tub. Enjoy many wineries within 3 miles from our ranch, located right off of highway 290.

The space
The Ranch is situated on top of a hill with amazing 320 degree views, with brilliant displays of orange and red every morning and evening, weather permitted. The house sleeps up to 14 guest with initial charges 1-4 guest and then $40.00 per person per night after 4 guest- all figured out by the Airbnb app when you select how many guest are staying the night. The house displays an open living room and dining area with a fully stocked kitchen, just bring the ingredients! Enjoy DishTV, Netflix, and other apps. Wifi in every room in the house.
Outside, enjoy our outdoor furniture on the patio or in the covered pool area by the pool and hot tub. Please feel free to walk the property and visit our horses and donkeys, or the local white tail and axis deer which frequent the property at dusk and dawn.

Our property can also be rented out for serene outdoor ranch weddings, family reunions, bachelorette/bachelor parties, and corporate events for an extra fee. Please contact us for more information.

During your stay

We like to meet our guests, check them in, and show them things about the house and pool lights. We are always available by phone but we stay out of guest's way unless something is needed. During the summer months we clean the pool, filters, and chemicals. We run the hot tub and all pool equipment. Just text us when you would like to use it and we will have it on for you.
