At present December 27th 2019 the city of Chphala is doing road construction in front of our house. The street in front of the house is torn up. This does not affect the inside of our house.This room is small with a single bed. It is for ONE person only. Cozy and comfortable single room with private ensuite bathroom. Twin bed, small private patio. Guests say it's the perfect room for a single traveler and love how private it is.

The space
I love my house. It is on the careterra Chapala-Ajijic. 5 minute walk to the Malecon ( lake boardwalk). It is a typical Mexican neighborhood. I love it, full of life! That being said sometimes it can be noisy.
