Dove Cottage is situated in the beautiful South Hams village of Harberton in South Devon, 2 miles from Totnes. It is ideally situated between Dartmoor National Park and some of the county’s most beautiful beaches. Both moor and coastline are within just a few miles drive. The attractive village has a thriving community, it sits in a picturesque valley criss-crossed with typical Devonshire country lanes, perfect for walks and cycling.

The space
Sensitively renovated, Dove Cottage is the perfect place to relax and truly unwind in the peace and quiet, surrounded by rolling hills and fields. Exposed wooden beams, oak floors and a stone fireplace with a wood burning stove are just some the features of this characterful 19th century cosy cottage. South facing, it has good natural light and the open-plan living area is comfortable, warm and homely. Upstairs, the elegant bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and a window with rural views across the hills. The bathroom has a generous walk in shower, finished with vintage porcelain tiles and a traditional large Victorian shower head, finest quality cotton towels and eco shower products. Dove Cottage is powered from 100% sustainable energy sources. The enclosed south facing terrace at the front of the cottage has a table and chairs to enjoy a sunny breakfast or to dine in the evening sun. Starry nights are set to the distant soundtrack of tooting owls.
