After a day spent on the trails, the gentle steam rising from your hot tub or the warmth of the fire pit becomes the perfect end to your alpine rhythm. Sleeping arrangements
The chalet offers a series of inviting bedrooms designed for both comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, and private deck overlooking mountain vistas, complemented by an ensuite with heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary suite includes a four-poster king bed, private deck, and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom provides a double bed with a lofted double above, both served by a private ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom includes a sitting area and full ensuite, while a nanny room with a single bed and TV also offers its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and the lower level features a bathroom with a steam shower.

Outdoor living
Step outside to expansive mountain views and the soothing warmth of a heated pool. The hot tub sits beneath an open sky, inviting you to unwind as the evening settles in. A fire pit creates a natural gathering spot for evenings under the stars, while a BBQ area offers the opportunity to dine in the cool alpine air. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with Caesarstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range, creating a perfect setting for preparing shared meals. A wooden breakfast bar seats four for casual moments, while the spacious dining table accommodates ten guests for more formal gatherings. Just beyond, a door opens to the outdoor BBQ area, where fresh mountain air enhances every meal.

Entertainment & wellness
Inside, evenings can unfold in the media room with surround sound and a flat-screen TV or over a game in the billiards room. The gym space offers a treadmill and elliptical for active mornings, and a Control4 Bluetooth sound system carries music throughout the home. Indoor fireplaces add an ambient glow to nights spent indoors.

Ski access & neighborhood
Ski-out trails from nearby access points connect to the Lower Peak to Creek Trail, leading to the base of the Creekside Gondola, while ski-in access returns you near the private Kadenwood gondola. From there, Creekside Village and its selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment await before you retreat back to your private sanctuary in the mountains.

Guest access
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other things to note
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
