The Coz&Comf Home is located at a peaceful residential area right at the French Quarter area of Hanoi, easily accessible by local transportation & taxi and just a short walk away from majority of local attractions of the city.

Inspired by the Scandinavian theme, we renovated the apartment in a way that is refreshing yet homely with the air and spacious feel that looks easy on the eye, perfect for families, a group of friends or solo adventurers, whether is short or medium-term stay

The space
Located in French Quarter area, one of the most tranuquil and safest parts in the city, Coz&Comf Home is one of a few units out there that can bring you that sense of calmness that seems rare to find these days in Hanoi and yet incredibly close to all the excitement of the city nightlife.

You will be surrounded by the Scandinavian-themed design of the apartment blended with a local touch that will bring you the sense of authenticity and comfort. And you can rest assured that you have all the things that you may need: a king-sized bed with a comfy mattress, hygienic bathroom, a soft bed sofa, electronic devices like 2-way AC, mini-fridge, smart TV, microwave... Just to finish it off, there is a cozy, full of natural light balcony where you can sit around and chill, maybe enjoy a cup of tea/coffee with your friends or your loved ones.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and has been redecorated in a way that combines modern conveniences with historic charm in a building. You will be surrounded by our friendly local neighborhood so you do get to experience what it is like living amongst local Hanoi citizens.

Additionally, you can literally walk to almost every iconic place in Hanoi like our dazzling Hoan Kiem Lake, or our renowned Hanoi Opera House just to name a few. There is a convenience store called "Circle K" just 5 mins walk. Or if you’re a foodie then make sure you have a look at those restaurants and coffee shops nearby from the place. There is a number of shops that sell traditional dishes in Vietnam on Tong Dan St. (right next to the area) or if you can walk for a bit longer then the Old Quarter area will be like a paradise that is full of local restaurants/food stalls. Having been recommended by many of my previous guests, there is a Pho kiosk which has one of the must-try Pho here in Hanoi, just at the opposite of the building. Mind you they only sell it in the morning so make sure you wake up early.

Here's a few more details just to give you some idea on the location of the apartment
- 2 mins walk to a Bus station which offers two-way trips from and to Noi Bai Airport.
- 2 mins walk to Hanoi Opera House
- 3 mins walk to Vietnam National Museum of History
- 5 mins walk to a convenience store – Circle K
- 10 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake – the symbol of Hanoi
- 10 mins walk to Hanoi Old quarter

Here's one of our recent reviews which summed up pretty much the experience that we wanted to deliver to our guests:
"I had a pretty great stay in Ha and Vu's place. The apartment is in a fairly quiet part of town, which is good because if you're at all like me you'll need some major downtime in the evening after a day's worth of wading your way through the Vespa flood that is Hanoi. And although the flat's just outside all the hustle and bustle and chaos, it's right around the corner from a good few of the history museums and is close some of the main tourist attractions as well. There are a couple of good cafés nearby, and many others only a short walk away. The flat itself is clean and spacious and pretty much matches with the description you find in the listing. Finding the place and checking in were easy, even after 20+ hours of nonstop travel. Bus 86 from No Bai Airport drops you off just around the bend, a few minutes walk away. So you don't need to go off on a hunt for the place if your going by bus rather than taxi. The person living in the flat nextdoor is an enthusiastic piano player. If you're into background music, that fact might be worth your consideration. If you think you might want to ease your way into things in Hanoi, this place could be the one for you." - David William, Oct 2019, United Kingdom

Guest access
Once you have checked in, the entire place along with all the facilities will be at your disposal. We will not enter the apartment without your permission or unless it is a emergency. Also please be noted that this is a self check-in/out flat so late check-in won't be an issue at all. A detailed apartment guide will be sent to you once you have reserved the place. We also provide you with an e-booklet of places to visit along with foods and drinks to try in Hanoi just to give you an extra help with familiarizing yourself with the city.

Other things to note
As previously mentioned, the apartment is on the 4th floor of the building (We call the ground floor the 1st floor). The stairs are fairly flat and wide though so walking up to the 4th floor might not be a bad experience as it first sounds to you. But in case you have lots of luggage then please let me know so I can come and help you with the luggage. There is a parking space on the outside of the building where you can park your motorbike or bicycle but for the peace of mind especially when you leave your bike unattended for a long time, it would be best if you could leave your bike at the parking lot just minutes away, near Metropole Hotel, again very easy to find.
We always strive for 5-star experience, so please let us know right away if something is missing so that we may come up with the solution right away. We want your trip to be as much memorable as possible!

The neighborhood is really kind and friendly as far as my experience is concerned. Our family have lived in this area for nearly 10 years and all we have had were memorable fun experience. They always try make people who are new to the area feel welcome. They would usually greet each other with a smile on their face but they never make uninvited inquiries into private affairs of others and just let you get on with your own things. In case there is any issues that you aren't sure of, they'd be willing to offer you their help.

Hello fellow travelers, My name is Ha. 3 things that are most important in my life are Family, Traveling and Music. In the past, I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to stay with a local British family in Canterbury where I finished my degree in Hospitality Management. From the very first moment setting foot in the house, they made me feel so warm as if I was already part of their family and by the time I finished my degree, I felt like I was another member of the family. It was also that time when the idea of being a host started to grow on me. Being born and raised in Hanoi, this city has always been something that I hold dear in my heart. That along with my time in the UK are the main reasons behind my decision to become a host. My main goal is for people from different parts of world to be able to see Hanoi the way we see it and being a host has definitely allowed me to do just that. Also being a travel addict myself, I understand there are lots of problems that you might encounter as a traveler and I would love to be a person who is able to offer you that little bit of extra help, hoping to make your stay here in Hanoi the best experience it can possibly be. I have just celebrated over 3 years of hosting with my partner and even though it has not been a long time, it has certainly allowed us to achieve our goal above, having met some incredible people from all over the world and shared some amazing experience with them. As you know, the pandemic has affected all aspects of our life but hopefully, once this is over we can all travel to our favourite places again. So to keep it short, it would be my pleasure to be able to welcome you at the apartment. "Work Save Travel Repeat". 작업 저장 여행 반복 工作拯救旅行重复 Stay safe and hope to see you soon! Ha
