Surrounded by the Port Hills with all amenities for a stress free stay - Funky Lyttelton 5 mins thru the tunnel, Gondola a walk up the rd, Sumner beach 10mins drive and kids park and cricket oval next street over.

Other things to note
Absolutely no parties or loud music. We ask that you respect the neighbors who are close by.
Please ensure appliances are off when leave house and doors locked.
House needs to be kept tidy on leaving - take out rubbish, ensure kitchen clean and bathroom in decent state. Thank u👍
