Great 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on the quiet north end of the island. The house is conveniently located and within walking distance (two short blocks) to the beach and close to the intersection of Gladiolus Street/Alamanda Road. Spectacular sunrises are just a short walk away at the Rod and Reel Pier, and the sunsets at Bean Point Beach are second to none, just a few blocks away. This great getaway sleeps up to 4.

The space
The cottage has an open floor plan and it is about 800 sq ft. The bedroom has direct access to a private patio area with washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, which also becomes a comfortable queen bed. The property has been recently renovated (December 2019) and has a heated pool + spa and landscaping. My favorite spot of the house is the private outdoor shower with hot water. The side door leads to the patio where you will find an outdoor dining area complete with Oversized umbrella, a high-top table, outdoor shower, and electric grill.

The house is located on the very desirable quiet north end of the island. Specifically 2 short blocks from the very end and close to the intersection of Gladiolus Street/Alamanda Road. It is very peaceful and beautiful around. You can take a very short easy walk to the famous Rod and Reel pier/restaurant.
